As per Ayurvedic texts, an excess of Vata dosha (ether and air) in the body keeps the mind active with too many flowing thoughts – making it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Ajwain honey has the benefit of balancing this Vata to induce sleep - so 1-2 tablespoons Ajwain honey consumed before going to bed can solve insomnia.

Best for breakfast time!

I started having it in my breakfast as a topping on my french toast and have used it in my diet drink honey and water which helps in reducing postpartum weight ... so this is good product as it doesn't taste too sweet not bitter like some other honey products ,that means it doesn’t contains any artificial sweeteners or corn syrup

Quite a peculiar honey

The honey tastes fabulous and the bottle is very convenient. I have shared it with everyone in the office and all loved it. It seems it’s 100% pure. I I'm definitely buying one for my parents

Right consistency, unusual taste

It had the right consistency where it flows freely and is also not very runny. But it has an unusual taste than the other flavors I have tried. That might be because the ajwain itself is pungent. But you will get addicted once you get used to it.
